At Peptide Planet, we take pride in ensuring all orders are processed accurately and shipped with care. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict no-refund policy except in cases where an incorrect item has been supplied.

No Refunds or Returns

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect selection made by the customer
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Misuse or mishandling of products

Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that does not match your order, we will gladly resolve the issue.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
  • Proof of purchase and clear photos of the incorrect item must be provided

Once verified, we will:

  • Send the correct item at no additional cost, or
  • Provide a refund at our discretion

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If a return is required for an incorrect item, we will cover return shipping where applicable
